This añejo is light amber with a wonderful nose of citrus fruits, caramel and spice. It’s sweet to the taste with a mix of honey, butterscotch, spices and peppery agave. The finish is of medium duration with a pleasing balance of smoked oak and hot agave. There is no alcohol burn, it’s just smooth all the way down.
