Description
The name, which means towards the open water, comes from the northernmost area of the province of Quebec, as do the ingredients. Botanicals such as Labrador Tea, Nordic juniper, crowberry and cloudberry combine with wild rose hips in a distinct aroma, flavour and colour.

Tasting Notes from TheGinIsIn.com
The nose is slightly sweet, a hint of lemon zest but a good deal of juniper. A hint of alcohol as well. Smells quite classic in character.
The taste is quite nice. A little bit of tartness on the tip of the tongue at first, Reminds me of a lemony/cranberry bitterness. This might well be a part of the tart berries in here doing their thing. Lightens up with a brief breath of fresh hair, slightly floral before the juniper comes on full force. A nice dash of heat and a long bitter and semi-dry finish. The ending is bitter but a bit piney. Very nice, well rounded taste, though some of the notes are intense, it doesn’t really stray too far from a classic style. I’d have no problem saying that although there’s some non traditional botanicals in here, fans of classic London Dry I think might find something quite to like about this gin.
