Placing an Order

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you and the recipient are both at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. ID verification may be requested on delivery

All products are sold subject to availability. Although we endeavour to have all products in stock at all times, this cannot be guaranteed. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to discuss an alternative before the completion of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.
Payment

For your convenience and security, PayPal will handle all aspects of payment collection for credit card transactions. Once ported to PayPal’s site, they will verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Transfers of funds to our HSBC account may take up to 24 hours to confirm. Goods will only be dispatched for delivery once full payment has been received as cleared funds.

Delivery

Free delivery is offered to all clients for orders of $500HKD or more. Otherwise a fee of $150HKD will be added to your total.

Please note that deliveries are made during business hours, so ensure that someone is available on the day of delivery to receive the parcel. If no one will be at home, please stipulate in the order notes for the driver to leave your goods in a secure location, (i.e. Doorman, neighbour, management office). Please note that GRG Wine & Liquor will bear no responsibility for lost or stolen goods should this option be considered.

Orders received will be shipped out as soon as possible, if our delivery will not be complete within 24 hours, we will contact you directly to discuss options. Should you require delivery on a specific day (Monday-Saturday), please call us to complete your order.

If order is unable to be completed due to inclement weather, such as Typhoon signals 8 and above, or Red/Black rain storm warnings, our staff contact you to discuss the next possible delivery date. If you wish to cancel your order at this point, a full refund will be issued.

Prices

All prices are shown in HKD. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
All refunds will be made in HKD and GRG Wine & Liquor will not be held responsible for any charges or fluctuations in the exchange rate.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to three (3) working days from the day after the date you receive your wine, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact and returned to us in good condition.

In order to cancel your order you must firstly contact us by email or call us on +852 9816 1611.

Damaged/Missing Goods

In the event of goods being damaged whilst in transit, this should be noted at the time of delivery. In any event, you must notify us of any damages & shortages within three (3) working days, by email to claims@grgwines.com

Complaints

In the event of a complaint please contact GRG Wine & Liquor directly by phone on +852 9816 1611. Alternatively e-mail claims@grgwines.com giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential.
