The nose: matured, complex and powerful aroma’s with vanilla, honey, lots of fruits and some flowers.
The taste: fruity (peach and apricots) in the beginning, later some light wood flavors.
The after-taste: balanced but short in length
The origin: 55% Grande Champagne and 45% Petite Champagne.
The age: 4 to 12 years old.

Nose: The nose is sweet with honey and vanilla, floral notes and chewy oak, lots of blossom and some spice from the mature cask finishing process. Cloves and cinnamon.
Palate: Spiced and rich, fruity notes of nectarine with dried apricot and plum, floral and oaked.
Finish: Tart fruits and honey.
Overall: A smooth and delicious cognac.
